On August 12, 2023, the golden autumn brought coolness. In this harvest season, Astana Branch organized employees and customers to go to Karaganda for team building activity.

First visited the Karaganda History Museum. There were exhibits related to Karaganda region from the 1930s to the present, related to historical events, photos, and some mineral specimens, animal and plant specimens. Through the visit, everyone had an intuitive understanding of the city. Karaganda is the fifth largest city in Kazakhstan, after Almaty, Astana, Shymkent and Aktobe, with an urban population of 515,835 in the beginning of 2023. Karaganda's industry is dominated by coal mining. The output value of the coal mining industry accounts for 40% of the industrial output value. The ferrous metallurgy and non-ferrous metal smelting industries also have a considerable scale.

Then we visited the Gagarin Monument in the city center. Yuri Gagarin was the first human who went into space and orbit of Earth as internationally recognised. When he returned to Earth, he landed on the grassland near Karaganda. To commemorate Gagarin's feat, the monument was erected in 2014 on the 80th anniversary of Gagarin's birth.

Taking history as a mirror and learning the spirit of continuous struggle of the ancestors is the core significance of this team building. At the same time, the team building activity had also strengthened the relationship between employees and between employees and customers, laying the foundation for the steady development of the Branch.
